Master El Morya can be somewhat elusive. Of all the years of interacting with the spirits, I have only received a handful of messages from him, including a comment he made years ago to one of my mentors, in which he looked at me and said, “She intrigues me.” I still giggle at that comment whenever I think of it. But I love El Morya very much because for years and years I suffered with an illness, and he finally healed me.
To best understand how I came to this healing, I will attempt to explain a very complex teaching I have learned over many years from El Morya, Yellow Feather, Winston Churchill, and a few of my key mentors, who also happen to be powerhouse physical mediums. And this lesson revolves around the secret of sugar. Yes, as in the substance that many of us have been taught as being a potentially harmful substance.
Now, by no means is this post meant to provide dietary advice to others, nor to be prescriptive in any way. I am simply sharing a teaching I have learned over the years, and how I have incorporated it into my own path to mediumship. It is for each individual to live their own truth.
I will begin with the first part of this teaching which my spirit guide, Yellow Feather, describes as the concept of “echoes.” You might understand this in modern terms as the concept of “triggers” or trauma. Whenever you experience a trauma, there is an energetic response or echo that is created. So let’s say you lose a loved one unexpectedly, and you go through the trauma of that grief response, and eventually you start to heal from that event. Well, let’s say 20 years later, you lose another loved one unexpectedly, and you have a new grief response for this second trauma.
You may or may not realize this, but the energetic response of your first trauma will then likely be renewed and attach to you again, as an echo. Basically, every time we have an energetic response to an event in our lives, that energy is still out there in the universe, and can realign with us when we experience a similar response. It’s almost like trails hanging off a timeline that we are living. And if and when a previous echo reattaches, you now have both your past and your present experience to deal with.
Yellow Feather has also explained a few other interesting facts about echoes. First, not only can echoes from your current lifetime be triggered, but echoes from your past lives can also be triggered and reattach. In the case of starseeds, for example, who often experience recurring themes of not fitting in, they could be triggered by this theme from past lives. So if it seems like you are having perhaps an overblown response to a current event in your life, you may want to consider that you could also be reacting to an echo from a past life.
The other interesting aspect of current and past-life echoes, is that they can apply not only to your emotional body, but also your physical body. (See more on the different parts of you here.) The late psychic, Sylvia Browne, described a similar concept that she referred to as “cell memory,” in which someone may feel a current pain in a specific place in their body in this lifetime, due to having experienced trauma in that area in a past life. Dr. Brian Weiss alludes to cell memory as well, in his excellent book on reincarnation, titled Many Lives, Many Masters.
To explain this concept further, Yellow Feather also taught me that your emotional echoes can affect your physical blood sugar. When we are angry or sad, our blood sugar drops. When we are happy, our blood sugar goes up. This is why many new couples in the “honeymoon phase” will often gain weight together.
I was astounded when he told me this! Because what was the issue I had struggled with for so many years? Instability with my blood sugar, despite having tried every dietary regimen under the sun. Yellow Feather said much of this was due to emotional echoes from my past lives. And it was also because I was not yet with my spiritual partner, who is my energetic balance.
So, back to El Morya. A few years ago, I was speaking with Yellow Feather and my mentor, when I felt a presence standing behind me. And when I asked who it was, they said it was El Morya patching the holes in my vibration to fix my blood sugar. And from that day onward, I was healed. I was so grateful — at least once a week, I still say to El Morya: “Thank you so much for fixing my blood sugar.”
Do you also need a healing in your life? If so, call out to El Morya and talk to him. He is a real person and he can hear you. The spirits cannot heal everything — I still have my struggles — but they do what they can. And you never really know when they will turn up!
And now for a final teaching on sugar. Many years ago, when I first began to attend seances and observe physical mediumship, I noticed that several of the prominent physical mediums relied on high-sugar diets before and after going into trance. One of my mentors also explained the concept of “positive” foods, meaning light-colored or having light content, and “negative” foods, meaning dark-colored or having less light content.
Positive foods, such as white sugar and refined carbohydrates, allow more light content to come through, which can help you with your spiritual practice. Some examples of positive vs. negative foods would be: white bread vs. whole wheat bread, milk chocolate vs. dark chocolate, and chicken vs. beef. When it comes to produce, you would go by the light content of the majority of the substance. So a green-skinned pear, for example, has a high light content, because the flesh is white.
Years later, when I finally asked Yellow Feather about the trend of physical mediums eating sugar, he said: “The spirits love sugar!” He then said: “And the sugar helps the clairaudience.” He said that despite what we are all taught, the five elements, including water, fire, and so on, are made up of SUGAR. Yes, water has sugar in it.
Well, I will tell you, my jaw dropped to the floor when I heard this. It now made perfect sense to me why a medium and the spirits would rely on sugar as rocket fuel to connect. Yellow Feather and Winston Churchill told me that a medium can also draw on sugar reserves they have stored in their body over time.
In my own life, I have noticed that the minute I eat anything high in sugar, whether table sugar, refined carbohydrates, or candy, my clairaudience kicks on right away. If you are new to clairaudience, you might initially hear it as an electric hum or ringing before you eventually start hearing voices. To me it sounds similar to when a computer monitor is in sleep mode, but is still turned on, and you can hear the electric hum until you turn it off. It is the sound of electricity.
Returning to El Morya, whose last name is said to be derived from the word for “peacock,” the spirits have not yet told me about his life during the 19th century. But as I understand it, he was one of Madam Blavatsky’s Indian gurus who helped to form the spiritual Theosophical Society. Now, what Yellow Feather has told me about is Shambhala. Yes, this is the etheric home of the Ascended Masters, located near the crisp mountains of Nepal. And sitting somewhere nearby in the physical, in Ladakh, is a piece of a little-known, but very important treasure that almost otherwise remains in Shambhala, called the Destiny Stone!
