Why do some of us feel so much more relaxed when the lights are low?
Well, I will tell you, the darkness is that from whence we came — the womb, the world of spirit, the 3am hour when the veil is the thinnest and the spirits enfold us.
Shadow also destabilizes ectoplasm. It is for this reason that the seance must be performed without any light.
In these upcoming days of darkness, do not forget to have HOPE.
